Charles A. Condro counsels clients on business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and compliance with securities laws. He advises clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies and investment banks to emerging market companies. Charles currently serves as a Judge Advocate (JAG) in the US Army Reserve, and his pro bono work includes representing veterans in discharge upgrade applications to the applicable Board for Correction of Military/Naval Records.
While in law school, Charles served as editor-in-chief of the Virginia Law & Business Review and received an M.A. in history from the University of Virginia.
