Charles A. Condro is part of a team that focuses on diverse transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, spinoffs, and strategic alliances. Other areas of work are matters involving finance, restructuring, tax, and securities, including public and private equity, and debt offerings. He advises clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies and investment banks to emerging market companies.
While in law school, Charles served as editor-in-chief of the Virginia Law & Business Review, helping to host conferences on the sharing economy and on the role of corporate directors in the age of shareholder activism. He also received an M.A. in history from the University of Virginia, focusing on English and American legal history.
