Charmaine Yong advises multinational and UK employers in the financial services, healthcare, life sciences, retail and ecommerce, and technology sectors on all aspects of UK employment law. Her practice also covers international employment law advice in Europe and Asia Pacific. Charmaine advises on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters and has experience handling and advising on highly confidential and complex workplace investigations. She spent eight months in-house on secondment in a financial services company gaining experience in the financial services sector.
