Christelle Mazloum advises institutional investors, private investment funds, investment managers, and financial services firms in investment, formation, regulatory, and compliance matters. In addition, Christelle represents buyers and sellers of private fund interests in the secondary market. She is also a member of the firm’s impact investing practice and provides legal assistance to foundations, social enterprises and entrepreneurs, impact investment venture capital funds, and other impact investors. Christelle is proficient in Arabic and French.
