Christian Boettcher
Christian Boettcher serves clients primarily in patent, trademark, trade dress, and trade secret litigation and prelitigation disputes. Christian also advises on brand protection issues of every kind. Though he represents clients in multiple industries, Christian works in the B2C and life sciences industries, with experience in technology relating to light-based physiological parameter measurement, infectious disease testing, skincare, personal mobility, drinkware, and footwear.
Prior to Morgan Lewis, Christian studied at the University of Arizona College of Law, where he served as articles editor of the Arizona Law Review and taught multiple courses as a student educator. As an undergraduate, Christian received a B.S. in biochemistry, with laboratory experience in physical chemistry. Additionally, Christian played football for the University of Arizona, where he started as an offensive guard for two years.
