Clark Brinker advises clients on labor-management relations, including collective bargaining, arbitrations, and proceedings under the National Labor Relations Act, such as unfair practice litigation and representation elections. Clark represents clients operating in a variety of industries, including automotive, retail, food service, hospitality, energy, technology, and media, among others. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Clark worked at the National Labor Relations Board, where he served as senior counsel for the chairman of the board and as a field attorney for the general counsel.
