Courtney Collins Seitz

Courtney Collins Seitz advises clients on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactional matters. Courtney is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Prior to law school, she worked for a Big Four public accounting firm. During law school, Courtney was an adjunct faculty member in the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business. She also served as a judicial intern to Judge Thomas L. Ambro of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
