Daniel R. Cooper helps individuals and families develop plans for estate and gift taxes, family business succession, and philanthropy. Before he came to Morgan Lewis, Daniel worked at a wealth management firm, where he advised ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their advisers. He was also a real estate attorney, providing counsel on complex commercial real estate transactions.
