Daniel J. Emam
Daniel Emam is a complex commercial litigator who regularly represents businesses of all sizes in intellectual property disputes, noncompete and trade secret matters, data privacy litigation, securities and corporate governance litigation, and consumer class actions. He has experience supporting clients at all stages of litigation, from pre-dispute investigations and mediations, pleading and discovery, all the way through trial and appeal.
Daniel has a deep understanding of the need to balance litigation strategy with business goals. He works closely with business teams—counseling products teams, managing data strategy, and preparing company witnesses—all with the dual goal of achieving the best result while also minimizing business disruption.
