Dannielle Hamer advises clients in commercial litigation and international arbitration across a variety of sectors, with an emphasis on the financial services, aviation, and construction industries. Dannielle also counsels multinational corporations, banks, and financial institutions on corporate governance and regulatory compliance, including investigations and regulatory enforcement issues in matters involving fraud, corruption, and financial crime. She has experience in English High Court litigation, including interim remedies, and has assisted in arbitrations under the rules of the London Courts of International Arbitration (LCIA) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

Dannielle completed her training contract with Morgan Lewis, which included a 10-month secondment to the firm’s Dubai office. While in Dubai, Dannielle advised regional and international clients on a variety of matters under the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), including regulatory matters in the banking industry and miss-selling claims under the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) regulations.
