Diana V. Li

Diana also counsels US and international fund managers in fund launches and raising substantial commitments for investments in various assets, including real estate and infrastructure assets which are sourced from institutional and retail US and international investors, including sovereign wealth funds, US and global pension plans, insurance companies, endowments, family offices, and foundations.

Additionally, she advises fund sponsors and institutional investors on separate managed account agreements, secondary transactions, complex fund restructurings (e.g., GP-led restructurings), co-investments, and compliance with relevant US securities laws.

In addition to her private fund practice, Diana is actively involved in the community as the treasurer and a board member of the Asian American Lawyers’ Association of Massachusetts, board member of the Women’s Bar Association, member of the Boston Bar Association, and board member of The Dance Complex. She is a native German speaker and conversational in Mandarin.

Before joining Morgan Lewis, Diana interned at private law firms in Vienna, Austria and Shanghai, China at the Mayor’s Office of the City of Philadelphia, and at the Massachusetts Court of Appeals for Judge Peter Agnes.
