Doriyon C. Glass represents clients in a broad array of labor and employment matters, ranging from single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims to complex multi-plaintiff and systemic claims. Doriyon defends clients before both state and federal administrative agencies and courts across the United States. She also advises clients on antidiscrimination practices, employment policies, and best practices for avoiding litigation. Doriyon counsels clients across a variety of industries, including sports and higher education.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Doriyon was an associate in the Cleveland, Ohio office of a national labor and employment law firm, where she served clients in a variety of labor and employment matters. While in law school, Doriyon was a research assistant for the American Law Institute, assisting on the Restatement (Third) of Torts. She was a member of the editorial staff for the Wake Forest Journal of Business & Intellectual Property Law and a visiting editor for the University of Bologna Law Review. Doriyon was also a member of the Black Law Student Association’s Trial Team, and she and her team were regional finalists and national qualifiers in the 2017 Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition.
During college, Doriyon served as a captain of Gannon women’s basketball team. In 2013, she and her team won the Atlantic Regional Championship and competed in the Division II Elite Eight. During her final year at Gannon, she worked as a paralegal for a small general practice firm in Erie, Pennsylvania, where she assisted in matters of discrimination, civil rights, and criminal law.
