Eli represents issuers and underwriters in various US and Hong Kong public and private offerings, including Hong Kong initial public offerings with Rule 144A/Regulation S international placements on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (SEHK), US initial public offerings, shelf-registered equity and debt offerings, and equity and debt private offerings. He also regularly advises public companies on regulatory compliance issues. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
