Elizabeth Longosz focuses her practice on investment management, advising private investment funds, investment managers, financial services firms, and institutional investors in formation, investment, transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters. In addition, Elizabeth represents buyers and sellers of private fund interests in the secondary market. Elizabeth previously worked as an associate at Duke Capital Partners, an investment entity supporting the university’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
