Ellen Blanchard

Ellen Blanchard concentrates her practice on advising registered investment companies, investment advisers, and other financial service providers. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ellen served as co-head of the Regulatory Administration Department at The Bank of New York Mellon, where she oversaw the provision of board administration and regulatory filing services to approximately 50 registered mutual fund complexes.
