Eric J. Marcuson advises clients on issues related to their ownership, use, and financing of real estate. Eric helps negotiate real estate transactions for companies large and small, including real estate investment trusts (REITS), Fortune 500 companies, privately held estate companies, and energy and utility companies. He also represents institutional investors in multimillion dollar real estate joint venture transactions.

Eric handles complex multistate transactions, including portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, as well as commercial leasing and sale and leaseback transactions for office, warehouse, and industrial properties.
