Emily Byrne


Emily Byrne is part of our team of lawyers that represents companies in employment actions and works with employers to establish policies that reduce the risk of litigation. Emily has experience litigating a variety of employment matters, including whistleblower, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour cases. She also has experience conducting internal investigations into whistleblower allegations and potential workplace misconduct. In addition to her litigation and investigation work, Emily also advises clients on labor and employment issues, including compliance with a variety of federal, state, and local employment laws.
