Emma Drake concentrates her practice on a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate governance matters. Other areas of her work include matters involving finance, restructuring, securities, and public and private equity offerings. Emma advises clients ranging from emerging market companies to Fortune 500 companies.
While in law school, Emma served as executive editor of the Georgetown Journal of International Law.
