Eric J. Pennesi focuses his practice on technology, outsourcing, and commercial transactions. As part of his practice, Eric drafts and negotiates a broad range of agreements in matters including software licensing, e-commerce, data licensing and subscriptions, consulting and services, manufacturing and supply, and strategic alliances and joint ventures.
In law school, Eric published a note titled “The ‘Conduct and Effects’ of Transnational Securities Fraud: An Analysis of the Extraterritorial Application of the Exchange Act Antifraud Provisions After Dodd-Frank.” He also served as senior business manager on the editorial board for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. Eric holds a B.S. in business administration with concentrations in accounting and legal studies.
