Eric R. Glickman focuses his practice on real estate, structured finance, and securitization matters, with an emphasis on commercial mortgage-backed, residential mortgage-backed, and asset-backed securitizations. Eric regularly represents issuers, underwriters, government-sponsored enterprises, mortgage loan sellers, depositors, and investors in connection with public and private securitizations. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Eric worked at another international law firm, where he was recognized by The Legal 500 as a key attorney in commercial mortgage-backed securitizations. Before attending law school, he served as a White House intern.
