Erika L. Finkernagel

Erika Finkernagel works with our litigation team to represent clients in commercial disputes, government investigations, and class actions. During law school, Erika gained federal court experience interning for Judge Michael A. Shipp in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey, Judge José R. Arteaga in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Through Temple Law’s Appellate Litigation Clinic, Erika argued a pro bono appeal under Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law. She was also a staff editor for the Temple Law Review.
