Erin Fischer focuses her practice on antitrust-related matters across a broad range of industries. These matters include conspiracy, monopolization, tying, and other alleged violations of antitrust law. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Erin served as law clerk to US District Judge Mark Kearney in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. In law school, Erin was a senior editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, authored a Law Review comment on merger enforcement, and worked as both a research and teaching assistant to Professor Herbert Hovenkamp.
