Ethan M. Cohen

Ethan M. Cohen advises borrowers and issuers on a variety of lending, credit, and other debt capital markets transactions. As a member of the firm’s borrower finance team, Ethan works closely with CFOs, treasurers, heads of capital markets, general counsel, and in-house legal teams to help finance the future of their businesses. While in law school, Ethan served as a research editor of the Temple Law Review.
