- Represented same technology company and obtained voluntary dismissal by plaintiff of putative class action in California state court asserting California UCL and CLRA claims
- Represented same technology company and obtained summary judgment in putative nationwide class action in federal court asserting claims for breach of warranty and violation of California’s UCL over alleged defect in tablet computer
- Represented same technology company and obtained voluntary dismissal by plaintiff of putative class action in federal court alleging violations of the New York General Business Law over alleged data security vulnerability in company’s printers
- Represented a title insurance company and obtained summary judgment in putative class action in federal court asserting claims for violations of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act and state consumer fraud law, and for breach of contract
