Fleur de Jong concentrates her practice on diverse corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, spinoffs, and strategic alliances. Other areas of her work include matters involving finance, restructuring, securities, and public and private equity offerings. Fleur advises clients ranging from emerging market companies to Fortune 500 companies.
While in law school, Fleur served as managing editor of the Temple Law Review and senior editor of the Temple 10-Q: Temple’s Business Law Magazine.
