Francesca M. Crooks
Francesca Crooks is part of a team that advises clients on labor and employment issues, including whistleblowers, discrimination, trade secrets, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. The team also works with employers to establish and implement policies that reduce the risk of litigation. Francesca has experience advising employers on corporate governance issues, disclosure obligations, and executive compensation arrangements.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Francesca served as a law clerk to Judge Marjorie O. Rendell of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and to Judge Gene E. K. Pratter of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Prior to clerking, Francesca was an associate at another international law firm in New York.
