Frank Petracco concentrates his practice on structured finance and securitizations, where he advises clients involving a wide range of financial assets. Frank represents a diverse range of clients, including financial institutions, issuers, sponsors, underwriters, and other clients in a variety of financings, both public and private. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Frank advised clients in asset-based lending transactions at a leading global law firm.
