Garrett Pierson focuses his practice on patent prosecution, while also assisting in some patent litigation. With a background in electrical engineering and physics, Garrett focuses his patent practice on the hardware of technology. In law school, Garrett received the IP Fellowship scholarship and graduated with Santa Clara University School of Law’s unique Tech Edge certificate. Garrett also helped assist student-run startups with legal questions and issues through the university’s Entrepreneur Law Clinic.
