Gila Levinson counsels private equity fund sponsors and institutional investors in connection with fundraises, co-investments, and funds of one across the liquidity spectrum. Her practice focuses on credit and real estate asset classes. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Gila worked in the fund formation practice group of another global law firm.
