An (Harry) Huang focuses his practice on transactional matters involving private investment funds, investment managers, and institutional investors in formation, investment, transactional, and compliance matters. While in law school, Harry was a judicial intern for Honorable Cheryl V. Higgins of the 16th Judicial Circuit Court of Virginia, and a research assistance conducting ESG bond related research.
