Hunter D. Imlay, Ph.D. focuses his practice on intellectual property (IP), including matters related to patent drafting, patent prosecution, and prior art research, as well as IP due diligence. With a research background in synthetic organic chemistry, Hunter practices in the life sciences space, working primarily with pharmaceutical technologies. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Hunter worked in the patent practice groups of two other global law firms.
