Ian A. Tomesch

Ian Tomesch advises borrowers and lenders—including banks, registered funds, hedge funds, private funds, portfolio companies, investment advisers, and other financial institutions—on a broad range of fund finance, leveraged finance and other financing transactions. He regularly works on subscription line facilities, net asset value (NAV) facilities, back leverage facilities, portfolio company financings (including bilateral, club and syndicated bank, and direct lending transactions), and other bespoke arrangements. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ian practiced in the leveraged finance group at another global law firm.
