Ian A. Tomesch represents corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, institutional lenders, direct lenders and other financial institutions in corporate financing transactions, including leveraged-acquisition financings, cross-border deals and secured credit facilities. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ian was technology editor of the Virginia Tax Review at the University of Virginia School of Law.
