Jack Hendershott represents clients in intellectual property disputes involving utility and design patents, trademarks, unfair competition, and false advertising. Jack’s technical background allows him to serve clients in a variety of technology areas, ranging from consumer products and sporting goods to content delivery and fiber optics. He serves clients in US district courts and contributes to post-grant proceedings before the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
