John (Jack) L. Hensler advises clients on a wide array of labor and employment issues. His practice includes investigations and litigation involving sensitive whistleblower claims under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and similar statutes as well as discrimination claims under a variety of federal and state laws. Additionally, he counsels companies on compliance with federal contractor requirements and responding to audits by federal agencies, and he leverages prior experience in the technology sector to advise clients on risks associated with artificial intelligence in hiring. He also maintains an active pro bono practice.
