Jack Shawdon advises a variety of domestic and international clients on M&A transactions, strategic investments, private equity investments, and a range of general corporate and commercial matters. Jack has experience advising a broad range of clients in both domestic and cross-border transactions in a variety of industry sectors, working in both established and emerging markets. Jack trained at Morgan Lewis, also spending time in the firm's employment, litigation, and antitrust departments.
