Jarret Weiss counsels life sciences and technology companies on transactional and related corporate matters, including structuring and negotiating acquisitions, divestitures, intellectual property licensing, strategic partnerships, and other complex collaborations. Jarret represents clients on mergers and acquisitions, and he drafts and negotiates day-to-day technical contractual arrangements.
While attending UCLA School of Law, Jarret externed in the criminal division of the US Attorney’s Office in the Central District of California.
