Jeffrey A. Connor counsels fund sponsors on the structuring, formation, and operation of private investments funds, with a focus on private equity and hedge funds. He also counsels public and private institutional investors with their investments into domestic and international private investment funds and in connection with the sale or acquisition of such interests on the secondary market. In addition, Jeff represents clients with respect to joint venture transactions.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, he was an associate in the private investment funds group of a major international law firm. Before entering private practice, Jeff was the vice president of legal and compliance for a private fund administrator and a senior analyst at a global asset manager.
