A former software engineer, Jeremy capably handles disputes involving numerous computer technologies such as authentication, media streaming, network infrastructure, signal processing, and speech recognition. For defendants, Jeremy obtains noninfringement and invalidity judgments through dispositive motions, jury trial, and appeals, and has prevailed in numerous inter partes review (IPR) proceedings at the US Patent and Trademark Office. For plaintiffs, Jeremy assists in securing injunctions and major financial recoveries through settlement, arbitration, and at trial.
