Jeremy B. Kantrowitz concentrates on advising registered and unregistered investment companies, investment advisers, and other financial service providers.
Previously in his career, Jeremy headed a team of lawyers in the mutual fund administration department at Investors Bank and Trust, where he oversaw the provision of legal administration services to several large mutual fund and exchange-traded fund complexes. He also worked closely with the reporting and compliance group within the department, and with the custody/fund accounting and transfer agent departments of the bank.
