Jihang Wang, Ph.D.

Jihang Wang, Ph.D. focuses his practice on intellectual property law with an emphasis on global patent prosecution. He advises clients on patent prosecution strategies, portfolio management, freedom-to-operate and landscape assessments, transactions, and due diligence in life sciences, biotechnology, and related industries. He also advises clients on patent litigation and transactions in software, artificial intelligence, and various technological fields. Jihang has authored articles in international peer-reviewed journals in the fields of biochemical science, material science, and digital engineering.

As an undergraduate student, Jihang was a fellow at the US Department of Energy’s Oak Ridge National Laboratory and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Jihang is fluent in English and Mandarin.
