John T. Boxer provides guidance on sophisticated multigenerational estate plans for high-net-worth individuals and their families. He advises the owners and operators of closely held family businesses on a wide range of matters, including entity formation, structuring and restructuring, commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, and business succession issues. John also regularly counsels individual and corporate fiduciaries in estate and trust administration matters, including federal and state fiduciary income tax consequences.
John returned to Morgan Lewis after serving for more than a decade as general counsel and chief operating officer of Metropolitan Wealth Management LLC, a private, billion-dollar multifamily office and subsidiary of Bellevue Capital partners.
