Jon Dunne advises clients on UK and EU antitrust and competition matters, including competition litigation, merger control, and foreign direct investment (FDI). He has experience working on proceedings before the English High Court and the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT), including collective proceedings. Jon’s transactional antitrust experience includes coordinating multi-jurisdictional merger control and FDI filings and advising on merger investigations.

Jon’s broader disputes background includes cross-border commercial litigation and arbitration, civil fraud, asset recovery, and financial regulatory matters. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Jon worked at a leading London disputes boutique, having previously trained at a global law firm.
