Joseph P. Fenlin focuses his practice on product and premises liability, toxic tort, and complex mass tort matters. Joe has particular experience in defending corporations in nationwide serial litigation involving exposure to asbestos, silica, and other substances. With respect to the asbestos litigation that remains pending throughout the country, Joe is part of a team that serves as national counsel for several product manufacturers.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Joe served as corporate counsel with a Fortune 100 company where he managed complex national litigation dockets for nearly 15 years. Before this in-house portion of his career, Joe gained significant litigation experience as a commercial and insurance coverage litigator with a national firm based in Philadelphia.
