Joseph R. Lewis defends and counsels employers in labor and employment matters, including single-plaintiff and class action litigation, wage and hour compliance, and workforce-related counseling. Joe is a zealous advocate for clients facing allegations of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and wage and hour violations.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Joe managed implementations of a cloud-based property management software for hundreds of clients. While in law school, he founded the University of San Francisco Real Estate Law Society and served as an editor for the University of San Francisco Law Review.
