Joshua B. Gurney advises clients on the structure, formation, and governance of private equity and venture capital funds. He represents both sponsors and institutional investors in domestic and international funds. While in law school, Josh interned at the San Francisco Regional Office of the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement, as well as for Judge Troy L. Nunley in the US District Court for the Eastern District of California. He also was a senior articles editor for the Hastings Law Journal.
