Josh Rapoport focuses his practice on securities-related litigation and investigations, as well as complex commercial litigation and environmental counseling and litigation. He advises a wide range of clients, with a focus on financial institutions and energy and technology companies. While in law school, Josh served as an editor of the Hastings Law Journal.
