John J. “Jack” Sheehan is part of a team that focuses on diverse transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, spinoffs, and strategic alliances. Other areas of work are matters involving finance, restructuring, tax, and securities, including public and private equity and debt offerings. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies and investment banks to emerging market companies.
Before he entered law school, Jack worked as a tenure-track faculty member in the English department of a community college and served as an associate editor at an internationally circulated literary magazine.
While in law school, Jack interned for Chief Judge Jerome B. Simandle of the District of New Jersey.
