Juan Larios represents, advises, and advocates for employers in traditional labor law matters in both union and non-union environments. He assists employers with their collective bargaining needs, administrative agency hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and union contract administration and management. Juan represents clients in proceedings under the National Labor Relations Board and other similar federal and state agencies, as well as counseling clients on complying with federal and state labor and employment laws.
