Justine Huang
Justine Huang advises clients on various corporate and transactional matters in renewable energy, including project finance and development, tax equity, and mergers and acquisitions. While in law school, Justine served as President of the Energy & Environmental Law Society, was a senior editor for the Southern California Law Review, and worked with the Mediation Clinic. She also interned with the US Department of Justice Environment and Natural Resources Division and the California Office of Attorney General.
