Judith A. Walkoff advises clients on environmental issues that arise during US and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financing, and real estate and other business transactions. Her clients include private equity firms, public and privately held corporations, and financial institutions. Judy conducts and coordinates environmental due diligence assessments, counsels clients on transaction-related risks and risk allocation strategies, and drafts and negotiates risk allocation agreements. She also helps clients manage environmental liabilities after transactions are completed.
