Kelcey Phillips’s practice focuses primarily on traditional labor law, including management relations, National Labor Relations Act litigation and counseling, and National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) proceedings. Before joining Morgan Lewis, she worked as staff counsel for NLRB Member Lauren McFerran. Prior to working on Member McFerran’s staff, Kelcey was an honors attorney at the NLRB.
